The Lacemaker's Y(e)arn (Installation) 2017

     The Lacemaker's Y(e)arn is an exhibition that was installed at the BRIC Media Arts' Project Room in Brooklyn from June - August of 2017. The installation was an immersive experience and was the first iteration of the lace animation. The exhibition was conceived to be a conversation about bobbin lace and it's construction with sound artist's Thessia Machado who presented her sound piece T(e)lic. 

     The Lacemaker's Y(e)arn is the first iteration of a much larger project called the Lacemaker's Secret. More information can be found here.
